In our effort to increase efficiency and decrease transcription errors, we have generated a new electronic Lab Request Form (LRF). You may be familiar with our online lab request forms, which are fillable pdf documents for single samplers, and the multi-use LRF, good for up to 10 samplers.
Our new form will be for larger sampling projects of 50 samplers or more.* Please note this is a requirement for our customers submitting samplers in these quantities. So, when you are preparing to go into the field and sample for your next large project, please link to or download our new e-LRF.
